WHAT YOU'LL DO




As a PR and showroom intern you will support the team with the day-to-day running of the showroom and gain a strong understanding of how the PR team works and will also be given the opportunity to support a key event. The position is based in our Support Office in London, You would need to be able to travel to the Showroom in the Office.


The responsibilities include but are not limited to;


Stockroom Support

Print and organise campaign overviews Unpack deliveries and arrange samples by week in designated rails/accessory cupboards Track received samples against overviews and report updates to PR and Showroom Coordinators Maintain high stockroom standards and organisation Relocate older samples to the sample sale (under guidance from PR and Showroom Coordinators) Process returns and allocate to either the stockroom or sample sale section

Showroom Support

Steam and prepare samples for display Ensure showroom is tidy and presentation-ready at all times Order snacks and beverages Unpack and restock food and beverage orders Assist with showroom appointments as needed Reset the showroom at the end of each day Retrieve items from store for call-ins Shadow PR and Showroom Coordinators during appointments, some of whom may be VIPs / celebrities

Administrative Tasks

Review daily press (papers/magazines) and flag any H&M coverage or interesting article Book cars and couriers as required Manage sample send-outs and returns Keep PR and Showroom Coordinators copied in on all relevant communications Attend weekly check-ins with PR and Showroom Coordinators Update and maintain the showroom database Support & Supervision

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH



In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the successful expansion of the business. You will work closely with the UKIE Customer Activation and Marketing team, the Regional NEU PR & Comms team, as well as Global Brand PR and Influencer teams.

This is a 3 month position. The position is based in our Support Office in London, you will need to able to travel to the office a minimum of 3 days a week but at times will need to be here 5 days a week. You will report to the PR & Showroom Coordinators.
