What You'll Be Doing

You will manage a portfolio of customers with their bookkeeping and VAT requirements, including:

Reconciling bank accounts daily

Processing of sales and purchase invoices

Using modern technology and software integrations

Completing VAT returns

Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Preparing, reconciling and submitting CIS returns

Creating efficient systems with customers to streamline processes

Supporting customers with bookkeeping, real-time accounts, and management accounts

What You'll Bring

Experience in a UK accountancy practice working for a number of customers at once

Experience in VAT and CIS

Experience of using Xero

Confidence in liaising directly with customers

Enthusiasm for being part of a team and office environment
