As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible to overseeing administrative documentation, support the team, and comply with the construction industry standards.
Day-to-day duties include but are not limited to:

Lead and supervise
the daily basis administrative tasks to improve and maintain the quality of services.

Develop and implement
up to date industry services to support business growth and service delivery.
3.
Manage company relationships
with key stakeholders including clients, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Support recruitment and professional development
of existing staff and do further hiring ensuring alignment with company values and performance standards.
5.
Ensure full compliance
with industry regulations, including health & safety, data protection, and construction standards.
6.
Monitor operational performance
, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and service quality.
7.
Prepare reports
on business performance, project progress, and operational metrics and keep the records updated.
8.
Assist in
budgeting, and business development initiatives to support long-term goals.
9.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
across all departments, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
