About the Practice:

We are a fabulous private dental practice in London NW11. We care about patients, momentum, and ambition. We need a Practice Manager who thinks like a Business Manager. You sit at the centre of the show, keep the plates spinning, and bring a clear vision to where we are going.

The Role - You will run the engine room and shape the growth plan. Operations, client care, marketing, and sales all flow through you. You make busy days calm, turn enquiries into starts, and keep standards high while the numbers climb.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead daily operations across reception, diaries, compliance, cash flow, and reporting Own the end to end patient journey from first call to treatment plan closure Drive marketing and local outreach with simple targets and tidy follow through Build and coach a confident team that communicates clearly and converts Track KPIs and fix bottlenecks fast with practical action Partner with the principals on strategy, budgets, and quarterly goals

About You

Experienced in dental practice management or a senior role in a busy clinic Strong in operations, client facing service, marketing, and sales Confident with targets, numbers, CRM, and tidy processes Calm under pressure, warm with people, sharp with detail London based or commutable to NW11 7PE
