Job Description

Truly - A modern dental company, have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Practice Manager to join our new Practice in Manchester!



The practice manager will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the practice, ensuring the team is fully supported and will be responsible for the financial success of the practice. The role will initially require the practice manager to be a core part of the Front of House, greeting patients,scheduling appointments, managing phone lines and general front of house duties alongside managing the practice.

Responsibilities:




Leadership: Lead, mentor and guide a team of dentists, nurses and administration team members to support them in their role.



Performance analysis: Report to the regional manager ensuring targets are met and formulate actionable strategies to improve revenue generation .



Marketing: Liaise with Marketing when required to ensure there is a constant upward trajectory of new patients booked into the practice and to raise brand awareness.



Communication: Meet weekly with team members to help support them reach their agreed upon KPIs to maximise the practices overall success and to ensure the team are full supported.



Customer relations management: To ensure all patients receive excellent customer service, ensure we achieve a high level of reviews and deal with any complaints in a professional and timely manner.



Learning and Development: Ensuring the team are aware and fully trained in all Truly policies and processes. As well as encouraging the team to partake in Truly's Employee Educational assistance program.



Other tasks: Stock control, ordering, hiring, scheduling rosters and all other ad hoc managerial tasks.



Please note this list is not exhaustive of the role and any other ad hoc tasks deemed reasonable will be part of the role.

The Ideal Candidate will have experience in the follow areas:





Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology



Excellent attention to detail



Strong communication and interpersonal skills



Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively



Strong organizational skills



Knowledge of patient privacy laws and regulations


Ability to operate relevant dental practice management software (Exact & Carestream).



This is a full time role, 40 hours per week across Monday - Sunday, onsite.
