What You'll Be Doing

As our

Practice Manager

, you'll play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring both team and patient satisfaction, and contributing to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

: Motivate, support, and develop a team of around 10 staff to maintain a positive and efficient work culture.

Business Growth

: Monitor KPIs, help set and achieve income targets, and support practice profitability.

Compliance Support

: Ensure the practice continues to meet all required standards and protocols (without needing to be the CQC Registered Manager).

Marketing

: Help grow our presence by managing social media (Instagram & Facebook) and other patient engagement initiatives.

Finance & Performance

: Review P&L, manage budgets, and work with clinicians to track and meet goals.

Recruitment

: Lead on hiring and onboarding, maintaining our strong team dynamic.

What We're Looking For

Experienced

: Proven experience in dental practice management is essential.

Leadership-Focused

: Confident in managing and motivating a team with strong interpersonal skills.

Commercially Aware

: Understands how to drive practice growth while delivering excellent care.

Digitally Comfortable

: Experience with Dentally, Excel and Dental Compliance would be ideal but not mandatory and training available.

Problem-Solver

: Able to handle challenges proactively and diplomatically.
