Exciting Practice Management Opportunity - Dental Beauty Addington (CR2)

Full Time Position - 35-40K P/A & 20% Performance Related Bonus

Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be opening a search for an experienced Practice Manager to join our highly reputable mixed dental practice, Dental Beauty Addington. This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated practice team that won team of the year in our recent annual awards, alongside the practice Partner, Dr. Ravi Desai.

Dental Beauty Addington is an award-winning practice located in South London, offering a wide range of dental & aesthetic treatments, both on the NHS & privately. This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn whilst leading the practice team. You will receive a great deal of support from our head office departments and operational team from day one in the role.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of the practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge Plan & driving income revenue/targets for the practice, in line with KPI measurables which you'll have full access too Deal promptly with issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions Deliver staff training and development, hold 1-1's with all team members, performance managing

About the role:

We are looking for a full-time candidate to join our practice on a 42.5 hour p/w contract

The working hours for the role will be between the hours 8.30AM-6PM Monday-Friday.

Highly competitive salary of 35-40K P/A is on offer for this position - depending on prior experience & qualifications

You will also have access to a performance related annual bonus of up to 20% of your salary, based on key metrics for the practice

About you:

We are ideally looking for a candidate with a Dental Management background, in either a mixed or private practice

Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our team have a fantastic employee experience, and our patients a 5 star patient experience Commerciality is key! We are looking for a candidate who is confident in leading on practice performance calls, reviewing their own P&L accounts and implementing strategies to ensure improvements are made Experience with managing compliance systems and CQC Dentally software experience is preferred DBS checked with the right to work within the UK
