We are now seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice Manager to cover maternity leave at our predominantly private West Byfleet practice, with the possibility of a permanent role within our group following the cover period.

Role Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual with proven management experience in the dental or healthcare sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, leading the team, and maintaining high standards across clinical, financial, and operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the practice Lead, support, and motivate the practice team to deliver excellent patient care Manage financial aspects including budgeting, reporting, and cost control Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and compliance with regulatory standards Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management Provide occasional chairside support when required Work closely with the wider management team to support the growth and success of the practice

About You:

Previous management experience, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting Strong financial management and organisational skills Excellent leadership and team management abilities Knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and adapt to changing needs
