Ideal for a Veterinary Nurse looking to move into a non-clinical role.
Are you a natural leader who has the passion to inspire and motivate others in a fast-paced and dynamic veterinary surgery? Ruislip Vets for Pets have a new opportunity for a Practice Manager to join their team!
The delightful veterinary practice based on the Victoria Road in Ruislip enjoys an excellent reputation within the local community and you'll be joining a hard-working and inclusive team who are passionate about their roles here.

Overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Upholding our ethos as the friendliest practice in the area
Managing and implementing HR policies for a valued team including supporting mental health
Resolving challenges swiftly to maintain excellent client service

Managing your own schedule to achieve operational goals
Debt management will form a crucial part of your role.
Key Requirements:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, encourage, and manage the team effectively.
Proven team management experience.
Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
Dedication to building strong relationships with clients and the team.
