We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting in the management of chronic conditions, and supporting the overall health needs of our patients. Duties
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up care.
Administer vaccinations and perform health screenings as required.
Assist with minor surgical procedures and wound care management.
Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management strategies.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice policies.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in continuous professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with valid licensure to practice.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care.
Previous experience in a clinical or practice setting is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing patient records and care plans.
