We are looking for an experienced
Practice Nurse
with a background in
Primary Care
to join a friendly and supportive GP surgery in
Brighton
.
As part of our excellent clinical team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the treatment room, organising your own clinics, and ensuring patients receive high-quality nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide preventative care, health promotion, and chronic disease management
Deliver nursing care to patients of all ages and cohorts
Run treatment room and health screening clinics
Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold best practice standards
Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN)
Previous experience in a GP surgery or Primary Care setting
Strong organisational and communication skills
