Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting the medical staff, and ensuring that patients receive the best possible service. This position requires a strong understanding of anatomy and a commitment to patient wellbeing.

Duties

Conduct patient assessments and triage patients as necessary. Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Educate patients on health management, disease prevention, and medication adherence. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice policies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the medical team. Provide support during health screenings and routine check-ups.

Requirements

Registered Nurse qualification with valid nursing registration. Proven experience in patient care and clinical settings Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong organisational skills. Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and understanding.

Pay: From 27.00 per hour
