We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to join our vibrant, forward-thinking team at Chiswick Medical Practice. We are a dynamic and growing training practice serving a diverse patient population across three sites in West London. At CMP, we pride ourselves on access, continuity, and innovation our digitally enabled same-day access model and proactive care hub mean we are leading the way in modern general practice. You will work as part of our large multidisciplinary clinical team, including GPs, Physician Associates, Clinical Pharmacists, Paramedics, HCAs, and the wider administrative and management team.
This role offers variety and autonomy in a supportive environment, with opportunities to develop specialist interests, participate in quality improvement, and contribute to the training of student nurses and other healthcare professionals.
