We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Practice Nurse to provide high quality, evidence-based care to our patients in our semi-rural GP practice in Bransgore and at our branch surgery in Burley. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, working as part of a small, extremely supportive, professional team.
Key Requirements
Qualified nurse, registered with the NMC, with a current active PIN and previous primary care experience.
Key Responsibilities
To provide general treatment room duties, including wound care
Supporting the delivery of adult and child immunisations programmes
Provide lifestyle advice and health promotion to support healthy living
Undertake nurse led appointments to support patients with chronic health conditions
Ensure infection control standards are maintained throughout the practice
Key Skills
Compassionate, patient centred care
Ability to work independently and part of a wider clinical team
Commitment to improvement and delivery of high-quality care
Previous experience in a primary care setting
