Job Description

We are looking to employ a Chronic Disease Practice Nurse that is enthusiastic, motivated and committed to delivering first rate, well managed nursing care to our practice population. Glenrothes Medical Practice is in situated in Fife with good transport links.

You will deliver a complete chronic disease service (respiratory, cardiovascular disease and diabetes) and Practice Nurse Service to our patients.

Essential for this role

:

Applicants must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council

It is desirable for you to hold chronic disease qualifications, specialising in respiratory, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes, however we will consider nurses who wish to be developed in their Chronic Disease Management.

Desirable for this role

:

Cervical screening qualification

Spirometry, wound care, immunisations, ear irrigation and stock ordering experience.
