About the Role

East Hill Surgery is a busy town centre GP Practice looking to recruit a practice nurse to join our nursing team to cover maternity leave, primarily covering our diabetic clinics.

The role will include a range of practice nursing duties including:
Management of diabetes Cervical cytology Children's immunisations Wound care Blood pressure checks Contraceptive checks ECGs Injectable medication Health checks Phlebotomy

About the Candidate

We are looking for an NMC registered nurse, ideally with general practice experience who is proactive, enthusiastic and willing to be flexible and work as part of a team.

Diabetes management knowledge/experience - essential.

Knowledge of Emis Web is desirable but full training would be provided.
