We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is for 18 hours over 3 days. With Monday being the only day that is essential for us.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care within our practice, ensuring that patients receive the necessary support and treatment. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment, as well as ensuring they provide the best care possible.
Duties
Assist in the management of chronic diseases and promote preventive health measures.
Provide cervical screening and sexual health services
Collaborate with the wider Practice Team to help provide the best care possible.
Deliver lifestyle advice and health promotion
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.

Hours - 18hrs approx per week over 3 days (Monday essential)
Salary: 17.23 - 26.28 per hour, dependent on experience
Start date tbc early 2026 dependent on experience (Replacing nurse retiring end of March 26)
