We are seeking a dedicated experienced Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care within a busy clinical setting, supporting doctors and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive patient care, including health assessments, vaccinations, and wound management
Assist in the management of chronic conditions through monitoring and education programmes
Support doctors during consultations and procedures by preparing patients and equipment
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with clinical guidelines and data protection regulations
Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of clinical areas in compliance with health and safety standards
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses
Qualifications
Registered Nurse qualification with valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
Proven experience in a clinical primary care setting,
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate support to patients of all ages
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Organised, adaptable, and able to manage a varied workload efficiently
