Job Description

Were looking for 1-2 experienced and motivated Practice Nurse's to join our supportive and well-established nursing team 1 for 27 hours a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and one for 15 hours working Wednesday and Friday. Alternatively someone to work full time. You will be joining a team that's proud of its strong systems, friendly culture and shares purpose providing exceptional care to our patients.

You'll play a key role in delivering a full range of nursing services, with a particular focus on chronic disease management.

Key Responsibilities

Chronic disease management (Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, CHD etc.) Wound care and management Cervical screening Child and adult immunisations Ear irrigation Blood pressure monitoring and health checks Requesting and interpreting pathology tests Spirometry and peak flow readings Supporting the wider clinical team and contributing to service development
About You

NMC registered Experienced in (or willing to develop) chronic disease management Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise a busy workload A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
