Summary

We are seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join a GP practice in Hampstead. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care while contributing to our mission of improving clinical outcomes across the UK healthcare landscape.

Role

16 hours a week, with the view to increase if you want. Hours between 0800-1700, can spread the hours during the week. Full list of address can be provided on application. full-time equivalent 19968-22464 (16 hours per week, equivalent).

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a practice setting. Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and vaccinations as prescribed. Educate patients on health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

NMC registered with relevant practice nurse experience. Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Emis-web trained.
