We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up care. Assist in the management of chronic diseases and provide health education to patients. Administer vaccinations and perform routine procedures as required. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice policies. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the practice environment. Participate in continuous professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Skills

Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and effective communication with patients of all ages. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while also being capable of working independently when necessary. Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail in both clinical tasks and record keeping. Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation purposes. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in nursing practice. Pay: 19.00-22.00 per hour
