Clinical Monitoring & Disease Management

Chronic disease management (following protocols) Hypertension management Coronary heart disease support Peak flow readings ECGs

Injections & Procedures

Routine injections Child immunisations Travel risk assessment, immunisations, and advice Venepuncture Cytology Wound care Removal of sutures

Health Promotion & Prevention

Health promotion & lifestyle advice Contraception advice (under protocol)

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic

Practice Nurse

to join our team on a part-time basis.

Hours:

3 days (27 hours per week) - negotiable for the right candidate. You will be involved in a wide range of nursing duties to support both patients and the wider practice team.
