Immunisations: Administering childhood vaccinations, flu vaccines and other routine vaccinations. Act as the lead for Infection Prevention and Control at PMG Long Term Condition Management: Monitoring and managing conditions such as diabetes, asthma, COPD and hypertension. General Nurse Duties: Undertake routine assessments, blood pressure checks, bloods (inc in children) and urine testing.
