We pride ourselves on a collaborative approach, valuing every member of the team. The Role: We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse with a special interest in COPD and Asthma. You will be responsible for delivering chronic disease management, health promotion, and general practice nursing duties, working alongside our clinicians to support the needs of our patient population.
