The successful candidate will provide a wide range of primary care nursing services, including: Chronic disease management e.g., asthma, COPD, hypertension, diabetes Childhood and adult immunisations Cervical cytology Wound care, dressings and suture removal Health promotion and patient education Treatment room duties ECGs, phlebotomy, blood pressure monitoring Supporting patients with long-term conditions Supporting the Nursing Clinical Lead with clinical audits, data collection and quality improvement activities
