You'll be confident in treatment room duties and experienced in managing long-term conditions, particularly diabetes and asthma. If you're passionate about delivering excellent patient care and enjoy working collaboratively, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Provide a full range of treatment room duties, including wound care, cervical cytology, and immunisations.
Run nurse-led clinics for diabetes and asthma, supporting patients with reviews, education, and self-management.
Help manage long-term conditions in line with current guidelines.
Work as a key member of our multidisciplinary team.
Keep accurate clinical records in line with NMC and practice standards.
What We're Looking For:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Experience working as a Practice Nurse in primary care.
Strong treatment room skills.
Experience in diabetes and asthma management.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive, patient-centred approach.
