new to general practice Practice Nurse
to join our PCN team. This role is ideal for a registered nurse who is keen to develop a career in primary care and build long-term relationships with patients within a community setting.

About the Role
You will work across our PCN practices as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Full training, supervision and mentorship will be provided to support your transition into general practice.
Key Responsibilities
With support and training, your duties will include:
Running nurse-led clinics
Chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, COPD, diabetes - training provided)
Health promotion and lifestyle advice
Cervical screening (training available if not already trained)
Immunisations and vaccinations
Contraceptive services including implants and coils
Infection prevention and control
Supporting QOF and PCN priorities
Maintaining accurate clinical records
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
A Registered Nurse (NMC registered)
Enthusiastic about developing a career in general practice
A good communicator with a compassionate, patient-focused approach
Organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Willing to undertake training and professional development
