What youll do Work closely with our GPs, nurses, HCAs and wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across our Upavon and Durrington surgeries. Provide a full range of treatment room and long-term condition management clinics, supporting patients to improve their physical health, confidence and wellbeing. Take a joint lead role in Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) alongside the Managing Partner, including audits, education, and ensuring compliance with national and CQC standards. Provide mentoring, clinical supervision and support to junior nursing staff, HCAs, students and trainees, helping build skills, confidence and a positive learning culture.
Contribute to proactive care and health promotion, ensuring patients with more complex needs or frequent attendance patterns receive safe, coordinated and timely support.
