We are a small group of psychology and therapy clinics providing evidence-based mental health and wellbeing services. Our work is growing quickly, and we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented person to support the operational, financial, and project-development side of the practice.
This is a varied role that combines administration, project management, and financial reporting -- ideal for a psychology graduate or organised professional who enjoys systems, data, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
You'll work closely with the Clinical Director to keep the clinics running efficiently and help develop new services.
Typical responsibilities include:
Compiling monthly financial and performance reports
Supporting project delivery (e.g. new service launches, digital tools, or process improvements)
Tracking budgets, invoices, and key performance indicators
Maintaining operational documentation and compliance records
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling
Conducting research to support practice development
Providing administrative support to the leadership team
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you are:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident with spreadsheets, numbers, and systems (Excel / Google Sheets / Airtable)
A clear communicator who enjoys solving problems
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
Educated to degree level (Psychology or related field preferred)
Interested in the operational and business side of psychology or healthcare
Good AI familiarity
Interested in accounting
