Practitioner & Customer Support
Handle
inbound order-taking
over the phone.
Resolve
customer queries
Proactively
recommend
relevant products based on customer needs
Provide support to practitioners and clients, including product recommendations
Offer
product alternatives
for out-of-stock items to maintain continuity of care.
Support with
practitioner onboarding calls
Interpreting
test results from diagnostic partners and recommending products.
Processing Practitioner applications
Lead Generation & Outreach
Conduct
outbound calls to clinics and unregistered practitioners
, introducing them to Amrita and promoting the benefits of joining our practitioner network
Education & Events
Support educational
events
and virtual learning opportunities as required
Content Creation & Communication
Support in writing engaging
blogs
and
educational articles
to support both customer education and brand visibility.
Craft compelling
social media captions and content
and assist in planning to enhance reach and engagement.
Assist in
campaign and product launch
execution with the marketing team, including messaging and practitioner outreach.
Maintain accurate and current
product information
, and stay up to date on new product launches and trends.
Community Management
Manage and nurture online
Amrita Practitioner Community
, fostering conversation, education, and peer connection.
Actively participate in practitioner discussions, offering guidance, answering product questions, and sharing useful resources.
Person SpecificationExperience & Skills:
Previous experience in a
clinical, practitioner support

wellness industry
role is essential
A qualification in nutrition
Excellent communication skills--written, verbal, and interpersonal.
Demonstrated ability in

Terms
Salary: 30,000-33,000 p.a dependent on experience.
Working Hours/Location: 37.5 hours/week (Monday to Friday) - Office based, Sheffield
Holiday: 30 days + statutory holidays
