What we expect from you:



Deliver imaginative, inspiring, and engaging lessons. Uphold high standards of teaching and learning. Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents. Support the holistic development of each child.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons that cater to individual learning needs. Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independence. Monitor, assess, and record pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback. Maintain strong communication with parents and carers, ensuring they are well-informed about their child's development. Contribute to the wider life of the school through events, clubs, and activities. Uphold the school's values and promote positive behaviour at all times. Participate in professional development and staff meetings as required.

Qualifications and Qualities:

We are looking for a candidate who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Has a specialism or experience in EYFS (desirable). Has at least one year of teaching experience. Demonstrates the ability to motivate, inspire, and engage young learners. Is flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic with a strong sense of initiative.
