Level 3 Room Leader

to join our team and help create an exceptional environment for the children in our care.

Working in the Pre School room, this role is ideal for someone who:

Holds a full and relevant Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification

Has

experience

working in a nursery or pre school setting Can lead a small team with energy, positivity and professionalism Understands the importance of building strong bonds with children, families and staff Is confident in planning, observing and delivering high-quality learning experiences Is ready to lead by example -- singing, storytelling, getting messy and having fun alongside the team
