We are looking for an experienced
Pre-School Room Leader
to manage and lead a pre-school room. The ideal candidate will haveat least 3 years of experience
and hold a Level 3 Child Care qualification. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality childcare while supporting your team and promoting a safe, stimulating environment.Key Responsibilities:
Lead a pre-school room, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Plan and implement engaging learning activities aligned with the curriculum. Supervise, mentor, and support staff in the room. Assess and monitor children's development and progress. Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Level 3 Child Care qualification required. Minimum 3 years' experience in a pre-school or early years setting. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to inspire and support a team of childcare practitioners. Passionate about child development and providing high-quality care.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
