Job Description

Summerhouse Drinks is a craft soft drink producer, making and bottling all natural lemonades and tonic water in our SALSA accredited factory. We supply independent retail and foodservice customers in the UK and export markets. We are based on our family farm with a small but dedicated and well trained team.

Starting in January 2026, we are looking for someone who is confident making calculations and weighing ingredients with excellent attention to detail, to join our team

The Pre Start Production Operative will work on their own to get ready for the main production shift and has responsibility for getting recipes made and preparing equipment. This is a active job so must be physically fit.

Main duties:

Prepare recipes to specification Set up machinery for production starting Washing up and cleaning work surfaces Accurate completion of production and cleaning records
Hours:

6am - 8am Winter / Autumn: 3 - 4 shifts weekdays Spring / Summer : 5 shifts weekdays
