We're offering a fully supported Preceptorship Programme designed for nurses who have qualified in the last six months. You'll work alongside a friendly, stable team in a modern, multidisciplinary environment, the perfect place to develop confidence, skills, and professional identity.

What you'll be doing

Work alongside one our training nurses on a 12-bedded complex conditions unit supporting adults under 65.

Lead and inspire a small care team, supported by a Team Leader, unit clerk, and an incredible management and therapy team (including physio, OT, SaLT, and pharmacy).

Deliver exceptional person-centred care while building the specialist skills that will set you apart.

What we offer

Starting pay 17.00-19.00 per hour, with clear pay progression.

Full preceptorship and mentorship support from experienced clinicians who genuinely care about your growth.

Overtime shifts paid at time and a half, paid within five days (no waiting until payday!).

7 weeks' annual leave plus paid breaks.

Paid NMC registration and RCN membership.

Opportunities to earn 50,000-60,000 a year as you progress.

Extra 1/hour for night shifts.

Who we're looking for

Registered Nurse (RGN) qualified within the last 6 months.

Passionate about nursing and excited to keep learning.

Patient-focused and motivated to deliver exceptional care.
