THE ROLE
We are seeking a Pre-Construction Co-ordinator to support our pre-construction team across live bids, tenders, and early project planning.
You will sit at the centre of the pre-construction process--supporting estimating, cost planning, subcontractor enquiries, documentation control, and client proposals. This is not a passive admin role. You will be involved in real decisions, real deadlines, and real commercial outcomes.
For the right person, this role offers a direct pathway into estimating, pre-construction management, or commercial leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the pre-construction and estimating team across multiple live tenders and opportunities
Assist in reviewing drawings, specifications, and scope documents
Help break down project scopes into clear trade packages
Support the preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender submissions
Subcontractor & Supply Chain Coordination
Issue subcontractor enquiries and manage returns
Track subcontractor responses, clarifications, and pricing
Ensure subcontractors are pricing against consistent scope and information
Maintain accurate records of bids, exclusions, and assumptions
Documentation & Control
Maintain up-to-date pre-construction documentation, trackers, and cost information
Support the preparation of client proposals and presentations
Ensure drawings, specifications, and revisions are controlled and clearly issued
Assist with risk registers, scope summaries, and handover documentation
Communication & Team Support
Act as a central point of coordination between pre-construction, delivery, suppliers, and consultants
Flag gaps, inconsistencies, or risks early--do not wait to be asked
Support clean, structured handovers from pre-construction into delivery
