Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Construction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support project managers, estimators, and other key stakeholders to ensure the seamless planning and execution of construction projects from concept through to groundbreaking. Your primary responsibilities will include managing documentation, coordinating bid processes, tracking project milestones, and facilitating clear communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. You will assist in preparing project schedules, compiling and reviewing construction drawings and specifications, and maintaining accurate records of all pre-construction activities.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction coordination or a related field, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. A background in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a similar discipline is preferred.
