I'm working with one of the standout names in the office design and build industry. My client specialises in creating cutting-edge office workspaces across London and the South East. They focus on designing innovative and functional workspaces for businesses, offering services such as office design, fit-out, refurbishment, and workplace strategy. After a successful start to the year, my client is now looking to expand their pre-construction team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Pre-construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing new work for the business. You will manage existing client relationships and price up projects with the aim of winning new work. You will split your time between my client's state-of-the-art office and project sites.
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Pre-construction Manager within the construction industry
Excellent communication skills
Strong numerical and commercial acumen
Pre-existing relationships with sub-contractors
In-depth understanding of the Office Design and Build industry
