ABOUT THE ROLE
As Pre-Construction / Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead the early stages of office design and build projects-steering feasibility, planning, and specification.
  • Coordinate design development, budgets, and risk assessments under the guidance of Project Directors.
  • Oversee project delivery from ground-breaking through handover with supported autonomy.
  • Drive excellence by ensuring high-quality, snag-free finishes, while maintaining client satisfaction and adherence to the highest standards.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in pre-construction, project management, or similar roles within office fit-out or workplace refurbishment.
  • Strong competency in managing early-stage project tasks: feasibility planning, cost estimating, client consultation, and specification drafting.
  • Exceptional organisational ability to oversee multiple project phases-from design through quality handover.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, design teams, and site staff.
  • Meticulous mindset with a passion for high-quality delivery and enduring client satisfaction.
  • A self-motivated approach with the ability to balance consultancy-style client engagement with efficient project execution.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
  • 40,000 - 65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
