We are seeking a Premises Co-ordinator to join our team at Twickenham School, part of Bourne Education Trust.




As Premises Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the administration for the premises function of the school, supporting the School Business Manager and Premises team to ensure Health & Safety Compliance.

Key responsibilities include:




Work alongside the Premises team to oversee the day-to-day management of maintenance tasks including cleanliness, security, maintenance and repairs Monitor the premises inbox, log issues via Smartlog, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution Track outstanding maintenance jobs and escalate as necessary.

Requirements include:




Essential




Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of pupils Demonstrable commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional conduct Valid driving licence

Desirable




Experience working in a school, public sector, or education environment Knowledge of premises maintenance processes and statutory testing regimes
