Responsible for preparing ingredients and assisting with dail kitchen operations to ensure efficient meal production and high-quality food service. This role supports the chegs by performing essential prep work, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and following all food safety and hygiene standards.
Schedule - Saturday and Sunday 8am-1pm, every weekend until 31st December.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and portion ingredients, according to recipes and menu requirements.
Label, date and store all food items properly to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
Assist with basic cookign tasks under the supervision of senior kitchen staff,
Follow all food safety, sanitations and health regulations.
Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
Previous kitchen or food preparation experience essential.
Food Safety Certification.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
