A fantastic opportunity for a Preparation CDP to join our experienced and talented kitchen brigade. Based in the Marylebone High Street area.

Set in the heart of Marylebone, OPSO introduced and established the Modern Greek food in London's dining scene since 2014, combining the contemporary culinary perspective with the famous Greek hospitality. We are a multi-award-winning restaurant with significant distinctions in the culinary world received throughout the years. We pride ourselves in the quality of our food, cooking with the freshest, seasonal, high-quality ingredients. While experience with Greek or Mediterranean cuisine is an advantage, it's not essential.

Staff will be fully trained by our team of Senior Chefs, and they will learn new techniques and methods of cooking.

Salary

: up to 32.500per year

Hours

: Approximately 50 hours per week

Requirements/ Responsibilities:



-Previous experience of 2 years as a Preparation chef.

-Follow recipes and preparation techniques to meet quality and presentation standards.

-Assist with food preparation, including vegetables, meat, and fish, following kitchen standards and health regulations.

-Manage deliveries and collections, ensuring accuracy and proper storage of ingredients.

-Organize and maintain the walk-in fridge, ensuring proper labelling, rotation, and cleanliness.

-Assist in managing kitchen operations, including food production and inventory control.
