Prodigious has a long-term relationship (over 24 years) with the European arm of a leading automotive manufacturer. We develop their pan-European product literature as well as digital content in English and centrally manage the transcreation and localisation of these assets (images, rich content, video, text and layout) across European markets, as well as managing relationships and costs across other partners on behalf of the client.

  • The role requires Account Management and Project Management skills, as well as Print knowledge. You will be working with European clients to transcreate brochure content, traffic jobs through the studio and liaise with suppliers to manage production of printed brochures.
  • Working within a small team covering Account Management, Creative, Publishing/Content Management, Asset Management and Studio
  • Day-to-day liaison with European client and multiple markets across Europe
  • Scheduling and coordinating translation, artwork and localisation with clients and studio
  • Interpreting specific local requirements, quality control of artwork and imagery
  • Liaison with third-party suppliers to obtain costs and timings for local retouching, CGI and rich content requirements
  • Preparing print specifications and liaising with third party suppliers
  • Tracking schedules and job status, keeping job system up-to-date and end-of-month reporting
  • Client database management and implementation as part of the Multi-Channel Publishing process
  • Quality control (print and online)
  • Financial tracking costs of individual projects, creating POs for suppliers and preparing final invoices
  • Support for asset management, including creation of asset masters, identification of required retouching and analysis of costs
  • Support for publishing team including client database management
  • Developing transcreation experience with a view to sharing expertise across our client base
  • Maintaining good relations with clients and suppliers at all times and representing Prodigious professionally
  • Assistance with or management of projects relating to the business, such as competitive benchmarking, WIP documents, taking meeting notes, presentations and various reporting duties
  • Support for other clients/business opportunities such as new business activities when required
Experience & skills required:
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Highly organised, efficient and process driven with good administration skills
  • Have a flexible attitude towards work, understanding agency environments and workloads
  • Experience with transcreation or project management helpful
  • 360\xc2\xb0/integrated approach as the account includes print, digital, video/broadcast materials and brand communications (visual identity and guidelines)
  • Good working knowledge of production disciplines (print, web, mobile, interactive, social) beneficial but not essential
  • Good time management and attention to detail crucial
  • An interest in cars would be advantageous
  • Competency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word essential and a willingness to learn new software and processes specific to the account
  • Comfortable in a small and friendly team
  • Enthusiastic, confident, with strong communication skills
  • Can-do attitude with an excellent sense of initiative and responsibility, adaptable and reliable
