Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Okta Pre-Sales Consultant / Solution Engineer to work closely with clients, sales and technical teams, providing technical expertise, demonstrating Okta solutions, and shaping customised IAM strategies.

Can live in the UK, Germany, Netherland, Finland or Greece
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the sales team to qualify opportunities and define the right Okta-based solutions.
Deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept for Okta's product suite ( Customer Identity, CIAM, Workforce Identity ideally, Access, Lifecycle Management, etc.).
Engage with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Okta capabilities.
Develop solution architectures, high-level designs, and proposals in collaboration with delivery teams.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers on IAM best practices, industry trends, and Okta roadmap.
Support RFP/RFI responses with technical content and solution positioning.
Contribute to building repeatable pre-sales assets, demo environments, and reference architectures.
Maintain deep technical knowledge of the Okta platform and the wider IAM ecosystem (e.g., Azure Entra ID, Ping, ForgeRock).
Skills & Experience
Proven pre-sales or solution consulting experience in IAM or enterprise software.
Deep knowledge of Okta solutions (Customer Identity & Workforce Identity ideally, Lifecycle Management, SSO, MFA).
Experience with demos, PoCs, and solution architecture design.
Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
Familiarity with IAM standards (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, SCIM) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
Okta certifications required and other IAM certifications desirable.
