The successful candidate will assist and support FSW's Air Conditioning department by providing quotes and full product support to the branches, sales engineers, management teams and contractors to grow the sales of MEUK and Fujitsu air conditioning. The successful candidate will be highly organized with very strong office skills. The role will be liaising with all internal departments and MEUK and Fujitsu to maximise all sales opportunities.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role include:
Quoting MEUK and Fujitsu Air Conditioning equipment
Registering large split projects on MEUK's System 43
Registering VRF Projects on System MEUK's 43
Opening up MEUK projects to FSW and producing quotes
Designing VRF projects to meeting customer and design criteria
Updating all customer Trade Plus discounts on System 43 and Profit+
Applying Special Prices on System 43
Assisting Sales Engineers with customer relationship management
Identifying and quoting spare parts for equipment
ECA and run cost calculations
Assisting with Technical and product support
Following up quotes to maximise sales opportunities
General administrative duties
Liaising with ACHub to ensure stock availability to meeting delivery dates
Supplying product information to customers
Provide Holiday cover at the ACHub
Requirements
Refrigeration or air-conditioning experience would be advantageous
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work to meet service needs
To be IT literate Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Communication skills (telephone and interpersonal) working within a customer-related environment
Good Customer Relationship Management
Highly organised with the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
Work under pressure to ensure deadlines and quick quote turnarounds are met
