: 40-50K salary plus car allowance and commission.

Position Overview:




To assist the Sales team with providing technical solution design proposals to our client base, plan out project delivery and Bill of Materials for the Sales team to quote. To complete comprehensive IT Audits for potential clients highlighting areas of concern and solutions to resolve. Be present at client proposal meetings supporting the client manager

Responsibilities:




In the role of Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, the main responsibilities would be


Understand and provide the definition of complex project scope, goals and deliverables. Understand and provide the definition of the required implementation tasks and resource requirements. Create proposals and sales documentation in partnership with other members of the sales team. Ensure that all projects are correctly scoped and professional services quoted accordingly Assist Business Development Manager/Client Manager as required in prospective client and existing client meetings. The main purpose of attendance is to help with any technical queries raised by meeting members. Support colleague development to enable them to resolve issues confidently and effectively. Take responsibility for own continual professional development, ensuring up to date industry and technical knowledge. Undertake all other reasonable requests.

Qualifications & Experience:



Proven experience as a Field based engineer supporting SME's. Experience of working in a customer facing role Familiar with working to SLA's to meet both customer and contract requirements Working as part of a wider service delivery function. Supporting multi-site clients. Able to communicate verbally and in writing to both technical and non-technical audiences. Creative, analytical problem solver with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking. Methodical approach suitable to resolution of client requirements. Able to manage changing workload and priorities. Able to work both within a team and using own initiative. MS Windows Server Technologies and Licensing Active Directory Firewalls, Router & VPN Technologies M365 Licensing, Azure, O365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams Hyper-V & VMWare Plan and deploy commissioning and migrations for server and productivity Platforms M365 Cloud Productivity Technologies MS Windows Server Platforms MS Azure Cloud Services Endpoint Management Apple Technologies Android Mobile Technologies Plan and deploy commissioning and migrations for storage platforms

Storage Technologies SAN/NAS/Cloud

Plan and deploy commissioning and migrations of LAN and WAN network technologies SonicWall, Cisco, Meraki, Sophos. WAN termination to secure Firewalls Routers, VPN. Cisco, Aruba, Dell, Meraki. LAN network deployment core-edge, VLANs Routing Aruba, Meraki, Extreme. WiFi surveys and optimisation
