This role is only for 38 weeks of the year (term time only)
You will be paid pro rota (your pay will be split over 52 weeks of the year so you are paid throughout all the holidays and this will include 2 weeks holiday pay with your usual pay)
Holiday can be taken but under the managers discretion and will be unpaid
Purpose of the job: An apprenticeship as an early years educator. You must be willing to start a level 2 course in childcare as soon as your probationary period is over. You will be an apprentice for a year untill you complete your course with the possibility of becoming a full time member of staff. To then complete a level 3 course
