We are delighted to be recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early years education and committed to providing a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning experience for young children.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of daily activities and stimulating learning experiences
Help create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold high standards of early years practice
Develop positive, professional relationships with children, families, and team members
About You
Hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare & Education
Have previous experience within a preschool or early years setting
Are friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic in your approach
Demonstrate a good understanding of child development and safeguarding procedures
Are willing to complete an enhanced Access NI check and child protection training
Are aged 18 years or over
