We're on the lookout for someone amazing to join our friendly, dedicated team at our small village Preschool in September 2025 ideally.

About Us:

Tucked behind the church with a large garden area in the beautiful village of Charlton, our Preschool is a nurturing, creative, and community-rooted environment for children aged 2-5. We're a close-knit team following a child-centred approach to learning valuing kindness and a love for early years learning. We run weekly Forest School sessions approx 18 weeks a year.

What You'll Do:

Help to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities following children's interest and each child's development. Help to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children feel happy and secure. Help to support our children with EHCP and or individual plans. Help to build positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Work collaboratively as part of a small, passionate team. Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety at all times.
What We're Looking For:

Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).

Experience working with young children in a Community Preschool or similar setting. A caring, proactive, and flexible approach. Strong communication skills and a positive team spirit. A genuine passion for early years education and supporting children's development.
Hours and Contract Options:

Part-time role available (hours negotiable), Term Time Only
