We are on the hunt for a fun, friendly and enthusiastic preschool dance teacher to join our growing team! babyballet is where little ones learn to dance, gain confidence and make magical memories - and we are looking for the perfect person to deliver our classes!

About the role:

You'll be teaching our award-winning babyballet syllabus to children aged 6 months to 6 years, at various venues, predominantly in Eastbourne, but with the possibility of expanding to other locations. You'll be responsible for making sure that every little star, and their grown ups, has the very best babyballet experience from their very first class, and for passing any messages or feedback to our school franchisee.

Teachers are expected to deliver classes in line with the babyballet syllabus, create a positive and welcoming atmosphere and manage class administration such as registers. You'll keep customers up to date with any upcoming events, help promote the uniform which is available, and participate in teacher meetings, in order to stay up to date, and to keep in touch with our team.

Overall, you will be representing the babyballet brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

We're looking for someone who:

Is available Saturday mornings (essential) and on various weekdays for classes Has dance training to a high level (teaching qualification not essential, but preferred) Is confident working with very young children, and communicating with grown ups Has a bubbly, engaging personality, and a genuine passion for teaching Is looking for a permanent role at the school Holds (or is willing to obtain) a valid DBS, First Aid and Safeguarding Training Certificates Can easily get to Eastbourne, and is willing to travel to other locations too
